PACKAGING AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Administer 1 sachet of 30 grams to the food the evening before the competition and 1 sachet in the food three to four hours before the start of the competition.
For a treatment course for severe muscle stiffness: administer 1 sachet for 5 days, followed by half a sachet for an additional 10 days.
