Glucosamine is an important building block for hyaluronan that contributes to the quality of the joint fluid. This improves the lubrication of the joints and normalizes the load on the articular cartilage. Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is an essential nutrient for the elasticity and construction of articular cartilage, tendons and joint capsule.
